In this recipe, fava beans are seasoned with garlic, lemon juice and olive oil for maximum taste. Serve this addictive dish as a fulfilling breakfast in the morning or a side dish at you dinner table!
Instructions
1. Put foul medames in a large mixing bowl and mash half of the quantity, using the back of a ladle or a potato masher.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and sauté for a while.
3. Add paprika powder and foul and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and finish with lemon juice and dried parsley.
5. Serve with arabic bread.
