Grilled garlic shrimp recipe

Ingredients

  • 750g large peeled and deveined shrimps

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp American Garden lemon juice

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano, black pepper and salt.

  • Add the shrimps, toss to coat and cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • Lightly grease the grill and preheat it on medium heat.

  • Thread the shrimps onto wooden skewers. Leave the remaining marinade aside.

  • Grill the shrimps from both sides, while basting frequently with the reserved marinade.

  • Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
