Ingredients
750g large peeled and deveined shrimps
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp American Garden lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano, black pepper and salt.
Add the shrimps, toss to coat and cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Lightly grease the grill and preheat it on medium heat.
Thread the shrimps onto wooden skewers. Leave the remaining marinade aside.
Grill the shrimps from both sides, while basting frequently with the reserved marinade.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
