Ingredients
- 750g large peeled and deveined shrimps 
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley 
- 3 minced garlic cloves 
- 2 tbsp American Garden lemon juice 
- ¼ cup olive oil 
- 1 tsp oregano 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp black pepper

- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano, black pepper and salt. 
- Add the shrimps, toss to coat and cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 
- Lightly grease the grill and preheat it on medium heat. 
- Thread the shrimps onto wooden skewers. Leave the remaining marinade aside. 
- Grill the shrimps from both sides, while basting frequently with the reserved marinade. 
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
