Lamb Kebab skewers

What’s a barbecue without this wonderful kebab recipe? Quick and easy to prepare and will definitely please everybody!

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground lamb

  • 1 thinly chopped onion

  • ¼ cup American Garden plain bread crumbs

  • 1 beaten egg

  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp Red hot chili pepper

Preparation

  • In a bowl combine together the meat with the onion, bread crumbs and parsley.

  • Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and red hot chili pepper.

  • Add the beaten egg and mix the ingredients with your hands until combined.

  • Shape the meat into kebab fingers. Thread the kebab onto wooden skewers.

  • Preheat the grill and grease it evenly with little oil.

  • Grill the kebab turning the skewers constantly.

  • Serve hot with rice.
