What’s a barbecue without this wonderful kebab recipe? Quick and easy to prepare and will definitely please everybody!


Ingredients

  • 500 g ground lamb
  • 1 thinly chopped onion
  • ¼ cup American Garden plain bread crumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp Red hot chili pepper

Instructions

  1. 1- In a bowl combine together the meat with the onion, bread crumbs and parsley.
    2- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and red hot chili pepper.
    3- Add the beaten egg and mix the ingredients with your hands until combined.
    4- Shape the meat into kebab fingers. Thread the kebab onto wooden skewers.
    5- Preheat the grill and grease it evenly with little oil.
    6- Grill the kebab turning the skewers constantly.
    7- Serve hot with rice.
