Ingredients
500 g ground lamb
1 thinly chopped onion
¼ cup American Garden plain bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
¼ cup chopped parsley
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp Red hot chili pepper

Preparation
In a bowl combine together the meat with the onion, bread crumbs and parsley.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and red hot chili pepper.
Add the beaten egg and mix the ingredients with your hands until combined.
Shape the meat into kebab fingers. Thread the kebab onto wooden skewers.
Preheat the grill and grease it evenly with little oil.
Grill the kebab turning the skewers constantly.
Serve hot with rice.
