Forget everything you knew about making ice-cream! This summer, surprise your family and friends with an instantly creamy and refreshing peanut butter ice-cream. They will absolutely love it!


Ingredients

  • ‎4 Cups Cold Heavy Cream
  • ‎2 Cans/400 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk‎
  • ‎2 Tsp Vanilla Extract‎
  • ‎1 Cup American Garden Chunky Peanut Butter‎
  • ‎½ Cup Roasted Almonds, Crushed.‎

Instructions

  1. ‎1-‎ Whisk cold heavy cream in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form.‎
    ‎2- Turn down the mixer speed and pour the condensed milk then the vanilla extract.‎
    ‎3-‎ Your ice-cream base now ready. Add American Garden Chunky Peanut butter and mix until ‎combined. Stir in the almonds. ‎
    ‎4-‎ Place mixture in a container and freeze for at least 6 hours.‎
