Peanut butter muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • ½ cup butter

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup American Garden creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C and line a muffin pan with muffin cases.

  • In a bowl, mix the flour with sugar, cinnamon and baking powder.

  • Beat the butter with peanut butter. Mix in the eggs, vanilla and milk until combined.

  • Add the flour mixture gradually until batter is smooth.

  • Pour batter in the muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
