1- Preheat oven to 190⁰ C.
2- In a large bowl, mix the vegetable oil, peanut butter and honey.
3- Add the vanilla extract and the oatmeal and toss the mixture until completely coated.
4- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes
5- Stir after 5 minutes then store at room temperature before serving.
