As tricky as it looks, this recipe is actually super easy to make and tastes like heaven! Serve it alongside your favourite Thai inspired dishes. Your family will thank you!


  • ‎4 Tbsp. American Garden Creamy Peanut butter‎
  • ‎700 g Rice Noodles‎
  • ‎4 Tbsp. Olive Oil‎
  • ‎4 Garlic Cloves
  • ‎300g Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks
  • ‎3 Limes, Juiced‎
  • ‎4 Tbsp. Sugar‎
  • ‎4 Tbsp. Soy sauce ‎
  • ‎2 Green Onions, Sliced‎
  • ‎1 Green Pepper, Sliced
  • ‎100g Peanuts, Chopped.‎
  • ‎1 Tbsp. Sriracha ‎


  1. ‎1-‎ In a large pot, boil 3 litres of water. Submerge noodles in the water. Let soak for 15 minutes.‎
    ‎2- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. Add the garlic cloves and the chicken ‎chunks. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of Soy Sauce over the chicken and cook until the colour turns golden ‎brown.‎
    ‎3-‎ In a small bowl, whisk the peanut butter, sriracha, sugar, lime juice, 1 cup of water and the ‎remaining soy sauce.‎
    ‎4- Mix the soaked noodles and peanut butter mixture with the chicken.‎
    ‎5-‎ Cook for about 5 minutes then add the green onions, pepper and peanuts before serving very ‎hot!‎
