1- In a bowl, mix American Garden mayonnaise, American Garden bread and butter sweet chips, American Garden mustard and chopped onion. Season with salt and black pepper.
2- In a separate mixing bowl, combine shrimps with olive oil, garlic cloves, cayenne pepper and American Garden Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and mix well until combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3- Grill shrimps for 4 min, flipping once halfway through the process.
4- Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise sauce over the lower slice of a round bun. Top it with rocket leaves and grilled shrimp then add slices of mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and red onions. Cover ingredients with the top slice of the bun.
