1- To prepare sauce: in a bowl, place tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Add American Garden Habanero sauce and American Garden mayonnaise, then mix well to combine. Season with salt and leave aside.
2- To prepare shrimps: In a large bowl, mix American Garden Habanero sauce, American Garden Lemon Juice and olive oil. Add shrimps and marinate for 15 minutes.
3- In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until soft.
4- Add marinated shrimps to the pan. Season with salt and sauté for 4 minutes until cooked.
5- In the center of the tortilla loafs, layer cabbage and top with habanero mixture.
6- Add avocado, parsley, yellow bell pepper slices and shrimps. Garnish with sour cream and lime wedges.
7- Serve immediately.
