Ingredients
_To prepare habanero sauce:
1 tbsp American Garden Habanero Sauce
2 small-sized tomatoes, diced
½ small-sized onion, diced
1 handful cilantro, minced
2 tbsp American Garden U.S Mayonnaise
¼ tsp salt
_To prepare shrimps:
500g shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp American Garden Habanero sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp American Garden Lemon Juice
_To prepare the tacos:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
_To prepare sandwiches:
8 tortillas bread loafs
1 large-sized avocado, sliced
200g cabbage, shredded
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
2 limes cut into wedges
½ cup sour cream
1 handful parsley

Preparation
To prepare sauce: in a bowl, place tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Add American Garden Habanero sauce and American Garden mayonnaise, then mix well to combine. Season with salt and leave aside.
To prepare shrimps: In a large bowl, mix American Garden Habanero sauce, American Garden Lemon Juice and olive oil. Add shrimps and marinate for 15 minutes.
In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until soft.
Add marinated shrimps to the pan. Season with salt and sauté for 4 minutes until cooked.
In the center of the tortilla loafs, layer cabbage and top with habanero mixture.
Add avocado, parsley, yellow bell pepper slices and shrimps. Garnish with sour cream and lime wedges.
Serve immediately.
