Spicy Chicken balls

Ingredients

  • ‎350g chicken breasts, minced‎

  • ‎1 ½ tbsp American Garden BBQ Sauce- Original

  • ‎½ cup American Garden Bread Crumbs Panko Style

  • ‎½ tbsp American Garden hot sauce, Louisiana style‎

  • ‎¼ cup flour‎

  • ‎1 cup cheddar cheese, grated ‎

  • ‎1 egg, beaten ‎

  • ‎½ tsp salt‎

  • ‎½ tsp black pepper

  • Oil for frying

  • _To prepare the dipping sauce:‎

  • ‎½ tbsp American Garden hot sauce, Louisiana style‎

  • ‎2 tbsp American Garden U.S mayonnaise‎

  • ‎½ tsp salt‎

  • ‎½ tsp black pepper‎

Preparation

  • To prepare the dipping sauce: combine American Garden mayonnaise with American ‎Garden hot sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper then mix well to combine. ‎Refrigerate until serving.‎

  • Heat oil in a deep pot over high heat.‎

  • In a mixing bowl, mix minced chicken, cheddar cheese, American Garden BBQ sauce and ‎American Garden hot sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.‎

  • Form small balls out of the chicken mixture. Roll them into the flour, the beaten eggs and ‎then the American Garden Bread Crumbs Panko Style until completely coated. ‎

  • Deep fry chicken balls until well done and crispy. Rest them in a dish over paper towels and ‎serve with the sauce. Enjoy!‎
