Ingredients
350g chicken breasts, minced
1 ½ tbsp American Garden BBQ Sauce- Original
½ cup American Garden Bread Crumbs Panko Style
½ tbsp American Garden hot sauce, Louisiana style
¼ cup flour
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
_To prepare the dipping sauce:
½ tbsp American Garden hot sauce, Louisiana style
2 tbsp American Garden U.S mayonnaise
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Preparation
To prepare the dipping sauce: combine American Garden mayonnaise with American Garden hot sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper then mix well to combine. Refrigerate until serving.
Heat oil in a deep pot over high heat.
In a mixing bowl, mix minced chicken, cheddar cheese, American Garden BBQ sauce and American Garden hot sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
Form small balls out of the chicken mixture. Roll them into the flour, the beaten eggs and then the American Garden Bread Crumbs Panko Style until completely coated.
Deep fry chicken balls until well done and crispy. Rest them in a dish over paper towels and serve with the sauce. Enjoy!
