A salmon recipe as easy as this will become your favourite weeknight recipe or evening snack  in a flash. This simple mustard glazed salmon is a tangy and spicy seafood dish.  Use American Garden’s Mustard Spicy Brown in your recipe.  Made with darker brown seeds, spicy brown mustard gives it a spicier & hotter taste. It’s deeper flavour and coarser texture makes it perfect for a wide range of international cuisines.

Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley flakes and thinly sliced lemon wedges. You can make it as an evening snack or serve over a bed of hot rice or sauteed vegetables for a zesty seafood dish. Let your taste buds savour the rich flavour!

  • 1/4 cup American Garden's Mustard Spicy Brown
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8-10 salmon fillets, with skin
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

  1. In a small bowl, mix American Garden's Mustard Spicy Brown, water, oil and garlic powder. Set aside

  2. Brush the mustard mixture on salmon fillets on both sides. Top and sides as well. Place salmon in a large resalable plastic bag or a glass plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove salmon from marinade.

  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grill salmon, with skin side down, over 15-20 minutes. To check whether the fish is fully done, lightly poke the fish with a fork. If it begins to flake, that means it is cooked.

  4. Sprinkle some parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges and your evening snack is set! Or you can even make it your dinner fix by placing it on hot rice with sauteed vegetables.
