Spicy Mustard Glazed Salmon Steaks

Use American Garden’s Mustard Spicy Brown in your recipe. Made with darker brown seeds, spicy brown mustard gives it a spicier & hotter taste. Ingredients
1/4 cup American Garden’s Mustard Spicy Brown
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8-10 salmon fillets, with skin
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

In a small bowl, mix American Garden’s Mustard Spicy Brown, water, oil and garlic powder. Set aside
Brush the mustard mixture on salmon fillets on both sides. Top and sides as well. Place salmon in a large resalable plastic bag or a glass plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove salmon from marinade.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grill salmon, with skin side down, over 15-20 minutes. To check whether the fish is fully done, lightly poke the fish with a fork. If it begins to flake, that means it is cooked.
Sprinkle some parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges and your evening snack is set! Or you can even make it your dinner fix by placing it on hot rice with sauteed vegetables.
