Perfectly marinated, this Indian Tandoori beef recipe brings out the best flavors. Super easy, it’s perfect for your barbecue parties!


Ingredients

  • 500g sirloin steak cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp curcuma
  • 2 tbsp American Garden hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 onion cut into medium-sized cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into cubes
  • For serving:
  • American Garden ketchup-to-taste

Instructions

  1. 1- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, curcuma, Garam Masala and salt.
    2- Add beef cubes, toss to coat and cover. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
    3- Thread the meat onto wooden skewers alternating with the onion and green bell pepper.
    4- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
    5- Grill the beef, turning once, until done.
    6- Transfer to plates and serve with ketchup.
