1- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, oil, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, curcuma, Garam Masala and salt.
2- Add beef cubes, toss to coat and cover. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
3- Thread the meat onto wooden skewers alternating with the onion and green bell pepper.
4- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
5- Grill the beef, turning once, until done.
6- Transfer to plates and serve with ketchup.
