Ingredients
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1/4 cup American Garden soy sauce
1 tsp. American Garden barbeque sauce
2 chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
1 kg flank steak sliced

In a small bowl, Mix the hoisin, American Garden soy sauce and Barbecue sauce, onions, garlic, and ginger.
Pour the mixture over the sliced flank steaks and leave it in for at least 2 hours.
Arrange the steaks on the skewers.
On a high heat grill, grill the skewers 4 mins on each side until it’s grilled perfectly.
