Ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
700 grams large, boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 Tsps. salt
2 Tsps. ground black pepper
1 ½ cups American Garden BBQ sauce
6 buns
2 cups coleslaw

Preparation
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the pan.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place on the pan. Cook the breast until done.
Flip, brush with some of the barbecue sauce, and continue until cooked for 5-7 minutes more.
Move the chicken to a plate and set aside to cool slightly.
Shred the chicken, add to a bowl, and toss with the remaining barbecue sauce.
Serve on buns with coleslaw. And enjoy!
