BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 700 grams large, boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 2 Tsps. salt

  • 2 Tsps. ground black pepper

  • 1 ½ cups American Garden BBQ sauce

  • 6 buns

  • 2 cups coleslaw

Preparation

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the pan.

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place on the pan. Cook the breast until done.

  • Flip, brush with some of the barbecue sauce, and continue until cooked for 5-7 minutes more.

  • Move the chicken to a plate and set aside to cool slightly.

  • Shred the chicken, add to a bowl, and toss with the remaining barbecue sauce.

  • Serve on buns with coleslaw. And enjoy!
