What is the best cut of beef for stir fry?
Sirloin, flank steak, or ribeye work best. They’re tender enough to cook fast. Always slice against the grain to shorten the muscle fibres and keep each bite tender.
Can I use sesame dressing as a marinade for the beef?
Yes, sesame dressing works very well as a marinade. Its combination of oil, acidity, and seasoning helps flavor the meat evenly while keeping it tender.
Try American Garden Sesame Dressing which is crafted to bring together the rich, nutty flavor of roasted sesame with a perfectly smooth and creamy texture, delivering a deliciously indulgent dressing experience.
