Ingredients
400g arugula leaves
500g beetroots
400g feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup walnuts, halved
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup American Garden Italian dressing

Preparation
In a pot, boil beetroots in water for 45 minutes then drain well. Peel and slice. Leave aside.
In a bowl, combine arugula leaves, feta cheese, walnuts and beetroots. Add American Garden Italian dressing and season with salt and black pepper.
Toss ingredients to combine and serve.
