Beetroot Salad

This refreshing beetroot salad combines sweet and salty flavors perfectly. So when you’re craving a colorful and simple salad over lunch or dinner, this recipe is a definite winner!

  • ‎400g arugula leaves

  • ‎500g beetroots

  • ‎400g feta cheese, crumbled

  • ‎1 cup walnuts, halved

  • ‎1 tsp black pepper‎

  • ‎1 tsp salt‎

  • ‎1 cup American Garden Italian dressing‎


  • In a pot, boil beetroots in water for 45 minutes then drain well. Peel and slice. Leave aside.‎

  • In a bowl, combine arugula leaves, feta cheese, walnuts and beetroots. Add American Garden ‎Italian dressing and season with salt and black pepper.‎

  • Toss ingredients to combine and serve. ‎
