Brownies cake

This is the perfect dessert for all chocolate lovers! It’s simply moist, rich and delicious.

  • ¼ cup butter, at room temperature

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 eggs, at room temperature

  • 220 g American Garden Chocolate Syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • _For the filling:

  • 1 cup American Garden cherry pie filling

  • _For serving:

  • American Garden Chocolate Syrup, as desired


  • Pre-heat oven at 1800C and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Using a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, American Garden Chocolate Syrup and vanilla. Beat again until well blended. Fold in the flour gradually using a spatula.

  • Pour half of the mixture in the prepared baking pan.

  • Add American Garden cherry pie filling evenly on top of the batter.

  • Pour the rest of the batter on top. Bake for 25 minutes.

  • Remove pan from oven and leave to cool at room temperature. Slice the brownies into equal squares, top them with American Garden Chocolate syrup and serve.
