Ingredients
To prepare chicken:
4 Chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1Tsp. Garlic
Salt-to-taste
1 Tsp. dried Thyme
To prepare pasta:
500g Macaroni Pasta
Water for blanching (as needed)
To prepare sauce:
3 Cups Cooking Cream
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
Salt-to-taste
1Tsp. dried Oregano
1Tsp. Chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
20g American Garden Jalapeno, chopped

Preparation
To prepare the chicken, mix, in a large bowl, chicken breasts with garlic, salt, thyme and oil. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Grill the chicken breasts on a hot pan, turning occasionally until cooked. Let cool.
Cut the chicken into small cubes and keep them aside.
To prepare pasta, boil water in a pot, add macaroni and cook for 7 min. Strain and keep aside.
To prepare sauce, heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté for a while.
Pour cooking cream and parmesan cheese then cook for 2 extra minutes.
Add pasta, chicken cubes and oregano. Cook for 2 more minutes. Season with salt and Jalapenos.
Serve immediately.
