Chicken Nachos Recipe
Nachos are everyone’s favorite all-time snack. When chicken is added into the mix, it makes the recipe even more delicious. It is simple to make, with tortilla chips, juicy shredded chicken, a dollop of sour cream, black beans, some olives and jalapeno. And voila! Your midweek snack or weekend dinner is ready! Ingredients
1 medium pack of tortilla chips
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup American Garden’s sliced black olives
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups chicken breast shredded
1/2 large tomato, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 green onions, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons Salsa sauce
1/2 cup American Garden’s jalapeno pepper sliced
2 cups boiled black beans
3 teaspoons American Garden’s BBQ Chili Sauce (for dip)

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
In a skillet, pour 3 tablespoons of oil. Cook and stir the garlic and the onions over medium heat until tender. Mix in shredded chicken breast, salt and pepper. Pour in the salsa sauce and toss until it is well covered with oil.
Arrange Tortilla chips on a baking sheet/tray. Top it with a layer of the shredded chicken mix, and 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese. Layer more chips on top, followed by the remaining chicken mix and shredded cheese. Sprinkle with boiled black beans.
Bake the nachos for 10 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt and the sides start to turn brown. Remove the tray from the oven.
Arrange them on a plate, and garnish them with 1/2 cup American Garden’s sliced jalapeno pepper, 1/2 cup American Garden’s sliced black olives, diced tomato and 1 cup sour cream. Dip the crisp nachos in American Garden’s BBQ Chili Sauce and enjoy!
