2 large chicken breast, thinly sliced
1.5 cups jasmine rice, uncooked
1 cups red cabbage, thinly shredded
1 cups green cabbage, thinly shredded
1 pieces carrot, julienned or grated
1 pieces red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cups edamame, shelled (thawed if frozen)
4 pieces green onions, thinly sliced
6 tablespoons American Garden Roasted Sesame Dressing & Dip
1 tablespoons olive oil

Rinse 1.5 cups jasmine rice, uncooked under cold water until water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff with a fork and set aside.
In a bowl, toss chicken breast, thinly sliced with 3 tablespoons American Garden Sesame Dressing for marinade. Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes for maximum flavor.
Heat 1 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Rest for 2 minutes, then slice.
