Ingredients
_To prepare the chicken:
500g boneless and skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp American Garden apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp red hot chili pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp black pepper
_To prepare the tacos:
4 Taco shells
American Garden jalapeno sliced-to-taste
1 sliced avocado
Sour cream-to-taste

Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar with lime juice, oil and garlic.
Season with salt, black pepper, oregano and chili pepper.
Add the chicken and toss until coated. Marinate for 2-4 hours.
Preheat the grill on medium heat.
Grill the chicken breast on both sides until cooked through. Leave to cool.
Cut the chicken breast into even slices.
Fill the taco shells with the sliced chicken.
Top with jalapeno and avocado slices.
Serve with sour cream.
