Chicken tacos

Ingredients

  • _To prepare the chicken:

  • 500g boneless and skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp American Garden apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp red hot chili pepper

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • _To prepare the tacos:

  • 4 Taco shells

  • American Garden jalapeno sliced-to-taste

  • 1 sliced avocado

  • Sour cream-to-taste

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar with lime juice, oil and garlic.

  • Season with salt, black pepper, oregano and chili pepper.

  • Add the chicken and toss until coated. Marinate for 2-4 hours.

  • Preheat the grill on medium heat.

  • Grill the chicken breast on both sides until cooked through. Leave to cool.

  • Cut the chicken breast into even slices.

  • Fill the taco shells with the sliced chicken.

  • Top with jalapeno and avocado slices.

  • Serve with sour cream.
