Chicken Tandoori ‎

Ingredients

  • ‎1 ½ Kg chicken thighs on the bones, skin on

  • ‎½ cup American Garden Barbecue Sauce – Original

  • ‎2 tsp garam masala ‎

  • ‎1 tsp ginger roots

  • ‎½ tsp chili powder ‎

  • ‎¼ tsp salt

  • ‎¼ tsp black pepper

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine American Garden barbecue sauce, chili powder, garam masala and ‎ginger roots. Season with salt and black pepper. ‎

  • Save 4 tablespoons of barbecue mixture and refrigerate until needed. Pour the remaining ‎quantity over the chicken thighs in a larger mixing bowl.‎

  • Turn chicken thighs until completely coated from all sides. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.‎

  • Grill chicken thighs for 24 min and flip occasionally until browned from all sides. Brush with the ‎remaining barbecue sauce mixture throughout the process.‎

  • Serve this delicious dish warm, with rice and a refreshing salad. Enjoy!‎
