Chicken thighs

These grilled chicken thighs are juicy and full of flavor, you can serve them for lunch or dinner, your kids will definitely love them!

  • 1 kg boneless chicken thighs

  • ½ cup American Garden original BBQ sauce

  • 3 tbsp American Garden hot sauce Louisiana Style

  • 1 tbsp American Garden U.S. ketchup

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt-to-taste

  • Black pepper-to-taste


  • Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder. Set aside for an hour.

  • In a large pan, melt the butter and cook the chicken on both sides until browned.

  • In a bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, BBQ sauce, hot sauce and ketchup. Season with salt and black pepper.

  • Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss until well coated.

  • Transfer the chicken using a thong on a preheated grill.

  • Grill the chicken on both sides until cooked through.

  • Serve immediately.
