Ingredients
_To prepare the tartare sauce:
¾ cup American Garden U.S. mayonnaise
¼ cup American Garden Petite Cucumber Dill Flavored, finely chopped
2 tbsp American Garden Natural Vinegar
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
_To prepare the fish:
6 fish fillets, squared
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¾ cup flour
3 eggs, whisked
2 cups American Garden bread crumbs panko style
_To prepare the burger:
6 burger buns, split
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 cucumbers, sliced
1 red onion sliced
6 lettuce leaves

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine American Garden mayonnaise with chopped American Garden petite cucumber dill flavored, American Garden natural vinegar and chopped parsley. Season with salt and mix until well combined.
Season the fish slices with salt and black pepper. Dip in flour, whisked eggs and American Garden bread crumbs until well coated from all sides.
Grill breaded fish slices for 15 min, flipping once halfway through the process until crispy from the outside and tender on the inside.
Spread a spoonful of tartare sauce over the bottom slice of a burger bun. Top it with a lettuce leave and a grilled breaded fish then add slices of tomatoes, cucumber and onions. Cover with the top bread slice.
Repeat step 4 until the quantities are finished and serve your burgers immediately.
