Ingredients
- 8 Fish strips, Finger size (Cod / Sole /Halibut) 
- ½ Cup Corn Flour 
- 2 Tsp. Dry Parsley 
- 1½ Cups Drinking Soda 
- 2 Tsp. American Garden Mustard 
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 
- Salt-to-taste 
- Pepper-to-taste 
- Oil, for frying (as needed) 
- 4 Tbsp. American Garden Horseradish sauce for serving 
- ½ Cup Flour

Preparation
- Marinate the fish in a bowl with mustard, lemon juice, dry parsley, salt and pepper. Leave marinated in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
- Preheat the oil in a frying pan. 
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, sift flour and corn flour. Pour soda and mix gently using a whisk until just combined. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. 
- Pat dry fish with a kitchen towel paper and coat with the batter. 
- Fry fish, turning frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, until deep golden and cooked through. 
- Transfer to a paper towel or absorbent paper. 
- Serve hot with American Garden Horseradish sauce and mustard.
