Grilled chicken Sandwich

Your kids will just love this sandwich; the chicken is juicy and perfectly grilled to ensure an exquisite taste!

  • 1 boneless and skinless chicken breast

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp American Garden U.S. mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp American Garden U.S. Ranch dressing

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

  • 2 lettuce leaves

  • 1 sliced tomato

  • 1 small French baguette

  • American Garden Ketchup-to-taste


  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing and garlic.

  • Season with salt and black pepper.

  • Add the chicken and toss until coated. Marinate up to 24 hours.

  • Preheat the grill on medium heat.

  • Grill the chicken breast from both sides until cooked through. Leave to cool.

  • Cut the chicken breast into even slices.

  • Half the baguette lengthwise and squeeze some ketchup on the bottom side.

  • Add the cheese then top with the chicken, lettuce leaves and tomato slices.

  • Serve immediately.
