Ingredients
_To prepare the burger:
4 halloumi slices (100 g each)
8 romaine lettuce leaves
4 marrows, sliced
4 small-sized eggplants, sliced
4 burger buns
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt-to-taste
Black pepper-to-taste
_To prepare the mayonnaise dressing:
4 tbsp American Garden U.S. Mayonnaise
4 tsp American Garden U.S. Mustard
4 tsp American Garden Lemon Juice
½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Lightly brush your grill with vegetable oil so the halloumi, eggplant and marrow slices won’t stick.
Season eggplant and marrow slices with salt and black pepper.
Grill eggplant slices over high heat, 5 min for each side.
Grill halloumi and marrow slices over high heat for 3 min, switching sides halfway through the process.
In a small bowl, mix American Garden U.S. Mayonnaise with American Garden U.S. Mustard and American Garden Lemon Juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
On the bottom half of each bun, spread a spoonful of mayonnaise mixture. Top it with 2 lettuce leaves, grilled halloumi, eggplant and marrow slices. Cover with the top bun halves and serve.
