200 g Cod Fish Fillets
200 g Wild-caught Salmon
200 g Sole Fish
100 g Leeks
5 g Dill
1 Clove of garlic
2 Onions
4 Stalks of Celery
3 tbsp Flour
200 ml Fish Stock
¼ tsp Ground Allspice
1 Bay Leaf
200 g Heavy Cream
2 tbsp AmericanGarden Spicy Brown Mustard Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Potato (cooked, for serving)

Thoroughly rinse the leeks and chop the onion, garlic, dill, leeks and celery. Chop the fish into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Season the fish with salt and then coat them with flour. Now, take the coated fish and shallow fry until brown on both sides. Set the fish aside for now.
In the same pot add garlic, onions, leek and celery and sauté for 5 minutes. To this add fish stock, allspice and a bay leaf and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Next, add cream and the American Garden Spicy Brown Mustard. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes. As it simmers, season it with salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
Remove the pot from heat, transfer the fish pieces that were set aside into the stew. Let it sit for another 5-10 minutes before serving it with a sprinkle of dill and bread or potatoes. Bon appétit!
