500 grams Cheddar cheese
2 cups American Garden U.S Mayonnaise
1 kg frozen hash browns, defrosted about 15 minutes
250 grams beef bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.|Melt cheese in pan over low heat and keep stirring.
Add mayonnaise and potatoes to cheese and mix.
Place into a baking tray and top with bacon.
Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
