Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups American Garden U.S Mayonnaise

  • 1 kg frozen hash browns, defrosted about 15 minutes

  • 250 grams beef bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.|Melt cheese in pan over low heat and keep stirring.

  • Add mayonnaise and potatoes to cheese and mix.

  • Place into a baking tray and top with bacon.

  • Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
