Ingredients

  • 1 Cup American Garden Mushrooms sliced

  • 1Tbsp. Flour, refined

  • Salt-to-taste

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter

  • 1 Tsp. dried thyme

  • ½ Cup Cooking Cream

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic

  • 3 Cups Vegetable stock

Preparation

  • Heat butter in a pan; add chopped garlic and flour. Sauté until light brown.

  • Add thyme, vegetable stock and mushroom. Cook for 10 minutes.

  • Cool and then blend the mixture until smooth.

  • Dilute with some stock to get the desired thickness. Reheat over medium fire. Add cooking cream and some salt to taste.

  • Serve hot with bread.
