Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas, cut into small chunks

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 4 tablespoons of American Garden’s Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

  • ½ cup Oats

Preparation

  • Combine the milk, bananas, oats and peanut butter in a blender.

  • Blend for 30 seconds and stir then blend for another 60 seconds.

  • Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate until needed. Enjoy the amazing taste!
