Ingredients
6 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
180 ml milk
1 tablespoon butter
200 ml cooking cream
1/3 cup American Garden U.S. mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded parmesan
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180˚C and grease a baking dish with butter.
In a bowl, mix together the milk with cooking cream, American Garden mayonnaise and garlic. Season with salt and black pepper.
Layer the potato slices in the baking dish and pour the previous mixture.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 50 minutes.
Remove the foil and serve immediately.
