- Spinach Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette
Ingredients
To prepare the salad:
1 bag of mixed baby spinach
2 grilled chicken breasts (optional)
1 avocado sliced
½ cup crumbled feta
1 cup raspberries
2 tbsp of roasted almonds
To prepare dressing:
½ cup American Garden Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
1 garlic clove
1 cup fresh raspberries
Salt and pepper to taste

For salad: Combine the baby spinach, sliced avocado, raspberries, roasted almonds and chicken breasts (optional) in a large bowl
For dressing: In a small bowl, combine the ingredients together using a whisk or a blender until the raspberry vinaigrette is creamy.
Serve the salad with the dressing.
