Ingredients
6 large chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
_To prepare the marinade:
1 ½ cups plain yogurt
4 tbsp American Garden U.S Mayonnaise
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp American Garden Lemon Juice
2 tbsp chili powder
1 ½ tsp cumin
½ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp coriander
1 tbsp salt
1 ½ tsp black pepper

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt with olive oil, American Garden mayonnaise and American Garden lemon juice. Add chili powder, cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Season with salt and black pepper and mix well.
Add chicken breasts to the yogurt mixture. Turn to coat well, and refrigerate for 20 min.
Discard marinade from chicken breasts and grill for 12 min, turning occasionally until cooked through.
Garnish chicken breasts with minced coriander and serve with a fresh salad.
