Chef's Secret for Perfect Meatballs

For the soft and flavorful meatballs, avoid overmixing the meat mixture. Overmixing can cause the proteins to bind too tightly, resulting in tough, dense meatballs. Instead, combine the ingredients just until incorporated, then gently form the meatballs using slightly wet hands to prevent sticking. This gentle handling ensures your meatballs remain light and tender while the American Garden Breadcrumbs provide structure without heaviness.

Storage Tips for BBQ-Glazed Meatballs

To keep your BBQ-glazed meatballs fresh, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator within two hours of cooking. They’ll stay safe and tasty for up to 3–4 days. For longer storage, freeze them in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container. Properly stored, they can last up to 3–4 months in the freezer.
