Barbecued Meatballs

Meatballs is one of those dishes that is enjoyed by many. Here’s a new way for preparing them.

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg ground beef

  • 1 ½ cups American Garden Bread Crumbs – Plain

  • ¼ cup chopped onion

  • 1 ½ Tsp. salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 bottle of American Garden BBQ Sauce – Original

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 190°C.

  • In a large bowl, combine the beef, bread, onion, salt and eggs. Form into little meatballs, about 2 cm in size. Place the meatballs into a baking tray.

  • Bake at 190°C for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour barbecue sauce over the meatballs and bake for 35 more minutes.
