Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup of all-purpose flour 
- ½ cup white sugar 
- ½ baking powder 
- ½ cup brown sugar 
- ¾ tsp. Baking soda 
- ¼ tsp. Salt 
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter 
- ½ American Garden Peanut Butter Creamy 
- 1 egg 
- ½ cup of fruit jam

Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, mix the butter with peanut butter and sugars. Whisk in egg. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add to blended mixture. 
- Cover and keep in fridge for 1 hour. 
- Roll into 2.5 cm balls; place 5 cm apart on greased baking trays. Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes. Let cool and then spread jam on cookie.
