Peanut Butter Biscuits with Jelly

This is an easy treat recipe for whoever enjoys Peanut Butter and Jelly. It could be something that you and your kid could enjoy as a snack or for breakfast.

  • 1 ¼ cup of all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • ½ baking powder

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ¾ tsp. Baking soda

  • ¼ tsp. Salt

  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter

  • ½ American Garden Peanut Butter Creamy

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup of fruit jam

  • In a mixing bowl, mix the butter with peanut butter and sugars. Whisk in egg. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add to blended mixture.

  • Cover and keep in fridge for 1 hour.

  • Roll into 2.5 cm balls; place 5 cm apart on greased baking trays. Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes. Let cool and then spread jam on cookie.
