This Asian inspired dish is super delicious and the best part is that it only takes 30 minutes to be ready. Serve it with lunch or dinner. Your family and guests will surely love it!
1- In a large pot, boil water. Add noodles and cook as per the package instructions.
2- Meanwhile in a small saucepan, combine American Garden Creamy Peanut Butter, American Garden Soy Sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger paste, then whisk over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until peanut butter melts. Loosen the mixture by adding one tbsp. of water at the time if needed, then lower the heat and keep warm.
3- Drain the noodles and while still hot, pour in the peanut butter sauce and add the chicken. Follow with the chili oil, sliced red chili, sliced green onions, shredded and sliced carrots then toss. Serve immediately!
