- Peanut Butter Chicken Noodles
Ingredients
5 Tbsp. American Garden Peanut Butter Creamy
400 g Noodles
2 Large Chicken breasts, cut into bite-size cubes and fried
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 Red Chili, finely sliced
2 Green onions, finely sliced
2 Carrots, finely sliced
2 Carrots, finely shredded
1 Tbsp. American Garden Soy Sauce – Classic
1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
1 Tsp. Ginger paste
3 Tbsp. Chili oil
1 Tbsp. Sesame oil

Preparation
In a large pot, boil water. Add noodles and cook as per the package instructions.
Meanwhile in a small saucepan, combine American Garden Creamy Peanut Butter, American Garden Soy Sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger paste, then whisk over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until peanut butter melts. Loosen the mixture by adding one tbsp. of water at the time if needed, then lower the heat and keep warm.
Drain the noodles and while still hot, pour in the peanut butter sauce and add the chicken. Follow with the chili oil, sliced red chili, sliced green onions, shredded and sliced carrots then toss. Serve immediately!
