Peanut Butter Chicken Noodles

  • ‎5 Tbsp. American Garden Peanut Butter‎ Creamy

  • ‎400 g Noodles‎

  • ‎2 Large Chicken breasts, cut into bite-size cubes and fried

  • ‎1 Garlic clove, crushed‎

  • ‎1 Red Chili, finely sliced‎

  • ‎2 Green onions, finely sliced

  • ‎2 Carrots, finely sliced‎

  • ‎2 Carrots, finely shredded‎

  • ‎1 Tbsp. American Garden Soy Sauce – Classic

  • ‎1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar‎

  • ‎1 Tsp. Ginger paste

  • ‎3 Tbsp. Chili oil

  • ‎1 Tbsp. Sesame oil

  • In a large pot, boil water. Add noodles and cook as per the package instructions.‎

  • Meanwhile in a small saucepan, combine American Garden Creamy Peanut Butter, American Garden Soy Sauce, ‎rice vinegar and sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger paste, then whisk over medium heat for 2-3 minutes ‎until peanut butter melts. Loosen the mixture by adding one tbsp. of water at the time if ‎needed, then lower the heat and keep warm.‎

  • Drain the noodles and while still hot, pour in the peanut butter sauce and add the chicken. ‎Follow with the chili oil, sliced red chili, sliced green onions, shredded and sliced carrots then toss. Serve ‎immediately!‎
