Ingredients
700 grams ground beef
½ cup American Garden breadcrumbs plain
½ cup chopped onion
⅓ cup American Garden BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp. American Garden U.S Mustard
1 ½ Tsp. chili powder
1 Tsp. garlic powder
½ Tsp. salt
½ Tsp. ground black pepper
2 large eggs

Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, and onion, 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Form meat mixture into a 20 x 10-cm loaf on a pan. Spread remaining barbecue sauce over top of meat loaf. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour or until a thermometer registers 160°C. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Cut loaf into 12 slices.
