Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1 cup American Garden plain bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
Salt-to-taste
Black pepper-to-taste
1 tbsp American Garden Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp American Garden U.S. mustard
4 tsp American Garden U.S. Mayonnaise
4 tsp American Garden U.S. ketchup
8 lettuce leaves
1 thinly sliced onion
1 thinly sliced tomato
4 burger buns
4 cheddar cheese slices

Preparation
In a bowl, mix together meat with breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Divide the meat into 4 patties then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill on medium heat and grease with little oil.
Cook the burger patties for 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties. After 1 minute, top each patty with one cheese slice. Leave to melt.
Halve the burger bun and spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of mustard on the bottom half.
Arrange 1 lettuce leaf on the bottom then top with the meat.
Add a tomato slice and an onion slice then again 1 lettuce leaf. Top with the other bun half. Serve immediately.
