Chicken fingers

Chicken fingers are breaded and baked to suit your children no matter how picky they are! A great idea for a quick dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts cut into fingers

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • 2 cups American Garden plain bread crumbs

  • For serving:

  • American Garden barbecue sauce-to-taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • In a bowl mix the flour with the salt, paprika and garlic powder.

  • Coat each chicken with the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

  • Dip successively in the beaten eggs then in the breadcrumbs.

  • Repeat with the rest of the chicken fingers. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake for 10 minutes then turn over the chicken and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.

  • Serve hot with barbecue sauce.
