500g fish filets
2 beaten eggs
1 cup flour
2 cups American Garden bread crumbs
Oil as needed
Salt-to- taste
Black pepper-to- taste
1 cup American Garden sweet corn whole kernel
1 cup American Garden processed green peas
1 tbsp. butter

Preparation
To prepare the fish nuggets: cut the filets in the form of a fish using a fish-shaped cutter then season them with salt and black pepper.
Dip the pieces successively in the flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish on each side until golden.
To prepare the vegetables: heat the butter in a pan and sauté the corns and the green peas.
Serve the fish with the vegetables.
