Ingredients
For the crust:
240g crushed plain biscuits
100g melted butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
For the filling:
500g cream cheese
500ml whipped cream
250g powder sugar
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
For the topping:
1 can American Garden Blueberry Topping & Filling

Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the crushed biscuits, melted butter, sugar and cinnamon until combined.
Press the biscuits mixture into a greased spring form pan using a spoon or the bottom of a glass. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
To prepare the filling: beat the cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add the whipped cream and beat the ingredients together for 4 minutes.
Spread the filling on the crust and refrigerate for at least six hours. Top the cheesecake with the blueberry topping and chill again, covered, for at least two hours before serving.
