- Peanut Butter Energy Balls with Dry Fruits
Ingredients
¼ Cup American Garden Peanut Butter Chunky
2 Tbsp. Honey
½ Cup Oats
¼ Cup Flax Seeds
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp. Cherries, Dried
1 Tbsp. Cranberries, Dried
1 Tbsp. Almonds, Crushed

In a mixing bowl, combine dried cherries and cranberries, crushed almonds, oats, American Garden Chunky Peanut Butter, flax seeds and chocolate chips. Add honey & vanilla extract, then mix until ingredients are combined.
Cool the mixture for 20 minutes in the refrigerator, then take it out and shape into equal-size balls.
Arrange the balls on a baking sheet. Freeze for about an hour and serve!
